I understand that sailing can be dangerous, I agree that NECRA and organising clubs have no responsibility for loss of life or injury to members or others, or for the loss of, or damage to any vessel or property.

I understand that I am joining NECRA as a cruising member and will not participate or interfere with any race. Before participating in any way in an event I will effect adequate and suitable insurance.
